The inviting outdoor spaces allow for some relaxing downtime, perfect after a long day of exploring. The daily housekeeping keeps things super clean.
The air conditioning left much to be desired-multiple guests mentioned it was ineffective, resulting in uncomfortable nights. Rooms are quite small, with some feeling even cramped, and the bathrooms are notoriously tiny. The view from lower-level rooms can be restrictive, often leaving you looking at the ground rather than out at anything scenic. The dining options lacked variety, and many guests found the food quality inconsistent, with some meals disappointingly subpar. Breakfast was often described as basic, with limited options that could leave you wanting more, particularly for those with dietary preferences. An awkward layout in common areas made it tough to find a cozy spot to unwind. The hotel is located near a busy road, so if peace is what you're after, noise might be an issue for you.

The breakfast selection was excellent, especially with excellent options for vegans, and the staff's warmth and friendliness contributed to a cute atmosphere. While the room was maintained impeccably daily and the location provided easy access to the lake, the noise from passing motorbikes made evenings on the balcony less enjoyable. The limited dining options left some meals feeling uninspired, taking away from the overall culinary experience.

Excellent variety of breakfast options catered to vegans (lovely surprise!), and the staff was friendly and cute. The lovely promenade nearby made for beautiful walks and fine views of the mountains.
The air conditioning could be improved as it struggled to cool the room at night.

The location near the lake is fantastic. Breakfast offered excellent vegan options, like vegan ham and yogurts, a good surprise. The room felt cramped, and the bathroom was particularly tight were good. The dining experience was disappointing, as many evening meals lacked flavor and quality, not what I expected given the setting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was right across the road from the lake, so it was easy to walk there whenever I wanted. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and I loved waking up to that every morning. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcome and were always smiling. The service was top-notch. Thirdly, the breakfast was delicious. There was a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the fact that the rooms had a small fridge, which was perfect for keeping my drinks cold during the August heatwave. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again!
Everything was okay, couldn't really fault anything.

The hotel is located near the lake, making it easy to take beautiful walks. the staff were friendly and ready to help us whenever we needed them. the pool area was very clean and well kept, with plenty of sun loungers available.
The bathroom was quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around in. the breakfast buffet was good but could have had more choices.
